International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during high-demand periods.

Delivery charges are quoted by the studio before payment, based on:

Where available, tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Anna Okaria is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Studio reservations

Submitting a reservation does not collect payment or confirm availability. The studio confirms availability, delivery charges and timing before you decide whether to proceed. The bag subtotal excludes delivery. International delivery must be confirmed with the studio.
