Portfolio applications
Work With Us submissions include the contact details, role, social account, notes and any images or PDF you choose to upload. We use them to assess your application and communicate about it. A portfolio upload is optional. Please do not include identity documents, banking details or information about other people without their permission.
Service providers and overseas processing
The website uses Google Firebase for account services, database and file storage. Email delivery uses service providers when configured, including Resend. These services may process data outside South Africa. Contact info@annaokaria.com for information about the safeguards applicable to your information.
Retention and requests
Information is retained while needed to handle the request, fulfil an order or meet applicable legal obligations. You may ask info@annaokaria.com for access, correction or deletion, or object to processing. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. Browser storage and measurement
The bag uses local browser storage to remember selected items; account services use browser storage for sign-in. We do not add marketing trackers or session recordings through these changes. Operational event logs contain event categories and outcomes, not portfolio content or form details. Hosting providers may maintain their own access logs.
